In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience
• Experience with Financial Management.
• Experience in Workday ERP implementation or support projects.
• Proficiency in all the delivered ERP processes and reports and ability to suggest best practices.
• Hands-on experience in working on Workday Cloud projects.
• Experience in ERP Modules (AP, GL, Procurement, Costing, Expenses, Fixed Assets, Payables), and Accounting Center.
• Proficient in implementing IT/business solution in Workday Cloud building integrations, reports, and customization of business processes utilizing native Workday tools.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Knowledge of agile practices and ability to implement the project in agile mode.
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
