Job description

Azusa Solutions is seeking an Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.
Eligibility:
**Work must be performed in the contiguous US and involves remote work with possible scheduled on-site visits.**
**Per federal government contract, U.S. citizenship is required.**
**Public Trust clearance or eligible for a Public Trust clearance**
Responsibilities
We are seeking highly skilled Functional Oracle Fusion Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultants to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and enhancement of Oracle Cloud T&L/AM modules within the Oracle HCM suite. This role is focused on providing functional guidance, data conversion, hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor/Absence Management solutions.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management modules, guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and/or Absence Management features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client's current solution.

Required Qualifications
  • We are seeking all levels of experience as a Functional Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultant.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management.
  • Experience with Oracle Fuion Time and Labor and/or Absene Management implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration points with T&L/AM.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification Preferred.
