  • Position: Solution Architect / Workday Configuration Consultant
    Duration: 6-12 Months (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
    Hours: Approximately 80 Hours per Month (Flexible Schedule)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Configure and support Workday Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Time Tracking modules.
    • Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations and technical specifications.
    • Design and implement payroll-related enhancements and process improvements.
    • Build and maintain pay codes, earnings codes, and time-tracking configurations.
    • Partner with HR Operations, business stakeholders, architects, and analysts.
    • Manage ServiceNow tickets, requirements, and change requests.
    • Support modernization of HR processes as part of a multi-year HR transformation initiative.
