As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Blue Ribbon Social Work, you will:

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy to clients, focusing on mental health issues related to substance abuse.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) specifically designed for recovery from substance abuse.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health and substance abuse resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Manage a robust caseload, ensuring that treatment goals are met while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals across various socioeconomic backgrounds.
