Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical staff, psychologists, and addiction specialists to provide comprehensive, individualized care plans for each client.
• Assess clients' psychological and emotional needs to develop tailored treatment plans, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage in regular meetings with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about available support systems and mental health resources to foster informed decision-making.
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards in your clinical work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve individuals undergoing detoxification and individuals who may co-occur with mental health disorders. This requires not only professional expertise but also empathy and understanding, as these clients often face complex challenges in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (a Master's degree preferred).
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in the State of Nevada.
• Demonstrated strong clinical judgment along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally with a focus on addiction services or mental health.
• Prior experience working with senior citizens is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
