Locations: West Hartford, Granby, Simsbury, Canton / Avon locations

Possess a valid driver's license, social security card, valid auto insurance, and have a vehicle & can reliably commute to this job's location?

Job Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Companionship & Conversation!
  • Stand-by Assist, Mobility, Transfers
  • Meal Preparation
  • Medication Reminders
  • Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Occasional Transportation - errands or appointments
