This role requires expertise in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and market trend analysis to influence key decisions and deliver impactful results. The Director serves as a trusted advisor, fostering partnerships and guiding teams to implement innovative solutions that align with organizational priorities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to navigate complex challenges and advance Walmart’s marketplace objectives effectively. Fundamentally, your job is to drive results and marketplace adoption both by sellers and buyers.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
