Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Account Manager to support and grow marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Walmart Marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and account management—owning product listings, resolving catalog issues, and helping brands scale across major e-commerce platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with sellers, leveraging data to drive growth, and being deeply involved in the day-to-day mechanics of large-scale e-commerce.

  • Experienced in managing Walmart Marketplace accounts end-to-end

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong data accuracy instincts

  • Comfortable troubleshooting listing, catalog, and data feed issues

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product listings across Walmart, Amazon, Wayfair, and other marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, specs, variations)

  • Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed products, and feed discrepancies

  • Coordinate with marketplace reps and internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to resolve issues and disputes

  • Support new product launches, ensuring all listing requirements are met prior to go-live

  • Monitor account health and ensure listings remain accurate, compliant, and optimized

Qualifications and Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or data management

  • Direct, hands-on experience with Walmart Marketplace (non-negotiable)

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)

  • Experience managing product catalogs across multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies quickly

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
