Job Description
The FWS Student Employee will assist with the day-to-day operations in the Campus Manager-High Point Office. FWS staff primarily help in the Welcome Center, making sure there is consistent front desk coverage, front-line enrollment support for students, and monitoring of facilities.
Duties/Functions
  • Provide walk-in and telephone coverage for the welcome center and other front desks (H4 & H5 buildings)
  • Make sure the front desk areas are clean and presentable
  • Provide occasional campus tours to prospective students
  • Help with the mail and keeping message boards and displays updated
  • Provide assistance with various enrollment projects (welcome tables, document preparation, copying, emailing, MS Teams use)
