Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from your own home while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours a week. You will interact with patients via secure video encounters, fostering a warm and supportive virtual environment. Our remote setup is designed to empower you to provide the best therapeutic care without the constraints of a traditional clinical setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through individual teletherapy sessions, gathering essential patient information to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans, setting measurable goals, and evaluating progress regularly.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic support to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their mental health needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Stay current with clinical knowledge through continuing education, ensuring your practice aligns with the latest evidence-based interventions and methodologies.

• Showcase a passion for improving mental health outcomes through innovative care approaches and a strong patient-centered focus.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for effective teletherapy.

• Proficient in the use of electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) to manage patient information securely.

• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continual learning in the field of mental health.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling or therapy.

• Familiarity with a wide range of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and community resources to support diverse patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between USD 80,000 – 100,000, complemented by an additional sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
