Responsibilities
Customer service skills and office management duties such as professionally answering telephones and transferring calls, completing projects for faculty and staff, positively representing the School of Nursing to visitors, students, faculty, and others. General typing, filing, updating spreadsheets in excel. Typing letters, documents, and labels. Scanning, copying, and general knowledge of office machines such as scanner/copier, and fax machines.
Required Qualifications

• Current registered UWG student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours with GPA of 2.0 or higher that is eligible
  for Federal Work Study Funds.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds such as copier paper boxes, etc.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Preference to a student who can work two or three shifts (3-4 concurrent hours) a week for a total of 12 hours, during the SON Business hours of Monday ¿ Friday 8am ¿ 5pm.
• Professional customer service experience
• Computer skills.
