Working Hours and/or Working Conditions: To be determined. Work hours will be based on college work-study funding. Scheduled work hours may not conflict with class hours. Position terminates at end of semester or when award is exhausted. Hours may not exceed 20 per week.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of MS Office365, mainly Outlook, Word, and ExcelExcellent writing and verbal skills and the ability to follow precise procedures are required.High degree of accuracy required.
Supervision: This position will receive supervision from the Executive Director of the Office of the President.
Job Function
Perform various clerical duties in support of full-time staff and the department.

Job Responsibilities
  • General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying and faxing
  • May distribute mail and prepare mailings
  • Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary
  • Greet and properly direct students and staff
  • May research departmental issues
  • Correct and build departmental records
  • Assist full-time staff in implementing programs
  • Track and order supplies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Some education including relevant course work and/or formal training preferred.
This position is not eligible for benefits.
