Join Our Growing Team
Magnitude Therapy Services is dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We are committed to clinical excellence, family-centered care, and creating meaningful outcomes for every child we serve.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) who is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding clinical team.
Position Summary
The Licensed Behavior Analyst will provide clinical oversight for ABA services, conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Analyze client data and modify treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across settings.
  • Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, physicians, and other providers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Minnesota licensing requirements, BACB Ethics Code, payer requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and professional development.
Qualifications
Required

  • Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background study and meet all employment requirements.
Preferred

  • Experience supervising RBTs.
  • Knowledge of Minnesota DHS regulations and commercial insurance requirements.
  • Experience using electronic health records (EHR) and electronic data collection systems.
