The Continuing Education Department is seeking a dependable and motivated student worker to assist with clerical and administrative support across multiple programs, including Health Career classes, Workforce Training, Driver's Education, and Community Enrichment courses. This position supports behind-the-scenes operations and works well for a student who enjoys organized, detail-oriented work in an office setting.
This position is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in office administration and professional operations, particularly those who enjoy structured, independent, behind-the-scenes work; students from all fields are encouraged to apply.
Specific Position Duties
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks and programs.
  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records.
  • Prepare materials and paperwork for classes and programs.
