Essential Duties
Provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the Admissions Office in a professional and service-oriented environment.
  • Performs general clerical duties, including copying, filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assists with office operations by preparing, organizing, and maintaining departmental documents and materials.
  • Picks up, sorts, and distributes mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Serves as a secondary contact for callers and visitors and directs inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Utilizes office technology and equipment to complete assigned tasks.
  • Completes assigned work accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assists with special projects and departmental activities as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
  • Must meet all Work Study eligibility requirements through the Financial Aid Office.
