Receptionist
  • Responsible for fielding incoming correspondence
  • A high volume of incoming phone calls will be answered and transferred to various departments
  • A high volume of incoming emails will be responded to and/or forwarded to various departments
  • Candidate may also be expected to assist in miscellaneous clerical work
Scheduler
  • Responsible for Calendar Management
  • Scheduling and Editing a high volume of appointments
  • Coordinating with the Service Manager
  • In-house and Customer Correspondenceย

Retail Associate
  • Responsible for maintaining and managing our small retail store
