Description

We're hiring an Overnight Rental Operations Associate to help keep our airport rental location running smoothly during overnight hours. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and operational responsibilities to ensure vehicle inventory, rental records, and daily reporting are accurate before the start of each business day.

What You'll Do
  • Review rental transactions and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform nightly reconciliation of reports and resolve discrepancies when identified.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and update system information as needed.
  • Assist customers with reservations, rental agreements, vehicle returns, and general questions.
  • Deliver professional customer service while resolving routine concerns.
  • Prepare reports and required documentation for the next business day.
  • Communicate important overnight updates to managers and incoming staff.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and professional rental office.
  • Follow established company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, retail, or overnight operations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record if operating company vehicles is part of assigned duties.
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
