Job description

Red Facility Solutions is a commercial facility maintenance company supporting clients nationwide. We are looking for an organized, positive, and solution-oriented Work Order Coordinator.
This position serves as the main liaison between our clients and field technicians, coordinating work orders from dispatch through completion.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor work orders from assignment through completion
  • Communicate with clients and technicians regarding scheduling, job status, and required updates
  • Follow up on delays, incomplete work, and outstanding information
  • Maintain accurate work-order notes, records, and documentation
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day client service
  • Manage multiple work orders and priorities while maintaining close attention to detail
  • Assist with resolving issues and escalating concerns when necessary
  • Perform data entry and general administrative duties
Qualifications:
  • Positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
