It involves effectively managing your time and energy so that work duties do not overwhelm your personal responsibilities, relationships, or well-being. Achieving a good work-life balance can lead to reduced stress, improved physical and mental health, and greater job satisfaction. Strategies for achieving work-life balance include setting boundaries, prioritizing tasks, and making time for activities outside of work.
