Job description

We are currently looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Case Manager to support our clients through the pre-litigation process and help deliver an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing bodily injury and property damage claims, coordinating medical treatment, and maintaining consistent client communication from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage a pre-litigation caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation
    •    Coordinate medical treatment, schedule client appointments, and follow up with providers regarding care
    •    Communicate regularly with clients regarding treatment status, claim progress, and next steps
    •    Handle bodily injury and property damage claims and Loss of Use, including communication with insurance carriers and third-party vendors
    •    Track and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation
    •    Assist in evaluating treatment progress, damages, and claim development
    •    Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and updates in the firm’s case management system
    •    Support preparation of demand packages and other pre-litigation materials


Preferred Qualifications
    •    Personal injury case management experience in a plaintiff’s firm
    •    Experience with bodily injury and property damage claims
    •    Familiarity with medical terminology, treatment flow, and provider coordination
    •    Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
    •    Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
  • Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable utilizing AI softwares
  • BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
