Position Overview:
Provide social-emotional and behavioral support services to students, helping them develop the skills needed for academic and personal success.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess student needs, develop intervention strategies, and connect students with appropriate resources.
Conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and case management services to support student well-being and promote positive school engagement.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with educational policies, procedures, and student support plans.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
Valid Michigan School Social Worker (310) Certification
Experience providing school-based social work services with elementary and/or secondary students preferred
