Job Summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible schedule, with no caseload, and focus on providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism

  • Conduct assessments, program development, and data analysis to ensure the highest level of care for our clients

  • Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy

  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices

  • Maintain accurate records and reports for client files

Requirements

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
