Job description

At Chick-fil-A MacCorkle Ave, our Manager in Training program is designed for high-potential individuals who want to grow into long-term restaurant leadership. This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity focused on coaching, operational excellence, accountability, and building strong teams within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.


Whether you already have leadership experience or are an emerging leader ready for the next step, this program is built to help you develop the operational, leadership, and people skills needed to grow into a Restaurant Manager or Director-level role over time.


This is not a "sit back and watch" program - it is an active, fast-paced development track where you will work alongside experienced leaders, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gradually take on increasing leadership responsibility as you grow.


Pay: Up to $22.50/hr, depending on experience and availability

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside restaurant leadership to support daily operations and team development
  • Help lead shifts while maintaining strong operational and hospitality standards
  • Coach, encourage, and support Team Members in a fast-paced environment
  • Learn and support both Front of House and Back of House systems
  • Demonstrate professionalism, urgency, accountability, and leadership presence
  • Help contribute to a positive, high-standard team culture
  • Take ownership of operational responsibilities and leadership development opportunities
