Your role
• Develop and implement Nutrition portfolio strategies that will contribute to commercial growth by understanding and analyzing the needs of the nutrition market: competitive intelligence, identification and anticipation of direct and indirect customer needs, listening to the market.
• Manage the entire product development cycle, from development to commercialization. Technical and industrial feasibility, raw material sourcing, regulations, production (capacity and time constraints), pricing, etc. in collaboration with the associated teams.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from release including Master Data to end-of-life: analyze the results of the product on the market and compare them to the objectives, verify the quality, profitability and evolution of the product, coordinate the resolution of product-related problems, implement corrective actions and make any necessary adjustments.
• Ensure timely and successful product launches aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, business developer, supply chain, regulatory) to develop and launch new products.
• Identify market needs and trends to drive innovation in pet food nutrition.
• Organize decision making bodies (business and portfolio committees) establish, monitor and guarantee the achievement of KPI's, share product and service development data.

About you
• Master's degree or equivalent from a scientific background such as biochemistry, agro-school, or chemistry.
• 5 to 7 years' experience on similar functions, B2B markets and international/matrix organization environments. Feed sectors preferably.
• Master marketing techniques and tools
• Know feed company products and production techniques and their constraints.
• Knowledge of SAP, ideally
• Fluent English mandatory
• Willingness to travel across the NAM region
