You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

  • Responsible for office supplies - stationary, coffee,etcand keeping office in order.

  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and companypolicy.

  • Assisting the HR lead on various projects, undertakeadditionalprojects and tasks as requested.

Salary and Benefits:The expected base salary range for this position is $59800 to $74750 CAD depending on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a highly competitive bonus program. Mondelez also offers several generous employee benefits (some subsidized or fully paid for by the company), including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, and enhanced vacation and holiday entitlements.
