A work home.” If that sounds like you, welcome home. **Key Responsibilities** * **System Performance:** Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems, ensuring controls, sensors, and networks meet performance standards.* **Proactive Problem Solving:** Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks before they impact timelines.* **Technical Leadership:** Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers to manage risks and improve execution.* **Travel & Growth:** Travel as needed and adapt to changing schedules while taking end-to-end ownership of complex projects.* **Project Integrity:** Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews to drive continuous improvement. **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required.* 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, controls, or an applicable technical field.* Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.* Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.* Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.**Preferred Qualifications** * Project Ownership: Demonstrated experience in delivering turnkey solutions while independently working with increasing scope complexity and managing resources to meet all milestones.* Technical Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and resolves system issues using a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plans.* Software & Systems: Proficient in loading and configuring building automation software, including trends, alarms, system reports, and end-user training.* Working Communication: Clearly translates technical project details for customers and maintains disciplined documentation and safety standards.* Quality & Improvement: Anticipates customer needs and provides feedback on field tools and processes to drive operational efficiency and reliability.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually.
