Residential Sales Representative
Fidelis Construction Inc. Snohomish County, WA (Local Applicants Preferred)
Fidelis Construction Inc. is a fast-growing residential remodeling company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on following up on warm leads generated through referrals and ongoing marketing campaigns no cold calling required.
Responsibilities:
Follow up on leads provided by the company (referrals and active marketing)
Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs
Guide clients through options, budgets, and project expectations
Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff
Visit job sites as needed to maintain client confidence and clear communication
What Were Looking For:
Familiarity with all phases of residential remodeling and construction
Proven background in sales (preferably in home services or construction)
Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of construction estimating is helpful but not required
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
