Pierian Services, a leading provider of comprehensive IT solutions and consulting services, is seeking a professional and highly organised Work From Home Virtual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a Full-Time, remote position, ideal for a self-motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support. You will be representing a dynamic company that helps a diverse range of industries streamline their processes and leverage technology effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage all incoming calls, enquiries, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing company documents.
  • Provide clients with basic information about our IT services, including software development, IT support, and systems integration.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
