Work From Home Telesitters often face challenges such as maintaining focus during long periods of monitoring, handling multiple screens or patients simultaneously, and effectively communicating urgent concerns to healthcare teams. To manage these challenges, it’s important to create a quiet, distraction-free workspace and to take regular short breaks as allowed. Many employers provide training to help telesitters recognize critical patient behaviors and use communication protocols efficiently. Adhering strictly to procedures and using available technological tools helps telesitters stay organized and responsive, ensuring patient safety and job satisfaction.
