• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat, ensuring ethical and empathetic engagement.
• Utilize solution-focused therapy techniques and other evidence-based modalities to facilitate effective treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances and mental health goals.
• Engage clients in insightful discussions to enhance their understanding of their feelings and interpersonal relationships.
• Continuously assess client progress and adapt strategies based on their evolving needs, emphasizing the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adults who require support for various mental health challenges. By addressing their needs, you will help clients develop essential skills to navigate life's complexities and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a mental health professional (either Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)).
• No disciplinary actions on your professional record and no limited/provisional licenses will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in technology and comfort with virtual counseling tools.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a remote setting is advantageous but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competency.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
