Job description

Be the voice people rely on. At CCS, we handle inbound calls for clients across multiple industries and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping callers. We need communicators who are calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and take pride in leaving every caller with a great experience. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of callers, handling everything from scheduling appointments and gathering information to answering questions and resolving concerns all while representing our clients with professionalism and care.
During your first 90–180 days, you will access the CCS work environment using your personal computer.
What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and on time
  • Follow client-specific scripts and procedures
  • Gather and document caller information accurately
  • Schedule appointments and relay messages correctly
  • Provide callers with product and service information
  • Process online reservations accurately
  • Maintain quality assurance standards
  • Stay current on all CCS client programs and accounts
What We're Looking For
  • G.E.D. or higher education
  • 1 year of call center or customer service experience
  • Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards
Availability
  • 20–40 hours per week. Saturday or Sunday availability is required.
