As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities to support the mental health of students and their families, including:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments tailored to the specific mental health, substance use, and medical needs of students in a culturally sensitive manner.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions for students, providing a safe environment for personal expression and growth.
• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans jointly with students and their support systems, ensuring that interventions are both practical and effective.
• Perform crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your expertise to assess risk and respond appropriately to urgent concerns.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery methods.

This role focuses primarily on school-age children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. • A current and valid New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• At least three (3) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably involving work with children and adolescents.

• Familiarity with various counseling techniques and crisis intervention strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed, independent clinical judgments.
