Your Mission
We are looking forSr. Managerto join ourUnified Financial Systems project team. Reporting to ourVP, Finance(under the Corporate FP&A umbrella), you willlead theimplementationCore OracleEPMmodules, includingEPBCS, FCCS, EDMandPCMCS.Your implementation responsibilities will includeproviding training to the Global finance team. Post implementation,you willmanagerNuvei's EPM architecture andprovide ongoing supportandtraining andwill overseeadditionalreportingand capabilityenhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirementsinto functional and technical specifications for Oracle EPM solution
- Lead implementation of Oracle EPMsolutions in close partnership w/ internal technology and finance teams and SI partner
- Provide technical leadershipto functional and development teams during implementation and support phases
- Act as the primaryfinancepoint of contactfor EPM initiative and mentor team members
- Partner withCFO team memberstodevelop efficient and effective processes,leveragingOracle capabilities
- Stay updatedwith Oracle EPM advancements, industry trends, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting,economics, or a similardiscipline
- 10+ years of experiencewith OracleEPM solutions
- Extensive background in implementing and managing Oracle EPM/ERP systems, preferably inafinancial services orpaymentscompany
- Strongtechnicalknowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, multidimensional databases, and integration architectures
- Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and close processesand how to best leverage Oracle EPM capabilities to support these processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams andcollaborate cross functionally
