All-Source Intelligence Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:
Threats to our military are regularly evolving and becoming more complex. What if you could apply your proficiency to weaken these developing threats and contribute to the security of our country's dynamic military resources? With all the information accessible today, it takes a capable specialist to know how to collect, organize, and present data concisely to clients. If you have professional or military experience in analysis, along with a can-do mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to help enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of senior government and military decisionmakers and planners, and support real-world missions in a dynamic, client environment.
As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will perform all-source analytic production with a focus on CWMD and conduct CBRNE analysis. You will participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and response to military contingency operations. Additionally, you will support analysis and collection of threats, the CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations. Finally, you will generate written intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards, using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and briefs analysis to senior DoD leaders. You'll also produce whitepapers, regional threat analysis and assessments, and short and long-term assessments.
You will be part of a unique, multi-discipline team assisting partners to fuse operations and intelligence information to enhance government efforts against current and emerging threats, and counterproliferation efforts. You Have:
  • Experience with DoD and IC all-source analysis tools, collecting and analyzing intelligence data in support of government organizations
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 and ICD 206
  • Ability to define problems and conduct studies to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions to customers' requests for information (RFIs)
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools, or 7+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools in lieu of degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working with the U.S. Nuclear Weapons Enterprise or the National Labs
  • Knowledge of Threat Network analysis, including threat groups, and either state or non-state actors
  • Knowledge of JP 2-0 and JP 3-25
  • Knowledge of intelligence support to military plans and exercises

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
