• Manage an active caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan their future appointments or discharges as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's specific goals and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Experience in providing psychotherapy services and conducting intake assessments.

• Hands-on experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration.
• Familiarity with an electronically-driven documentation system.
• Experience working with various age groups and presenting problems.
