• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Conducting thorough assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care strategies, to help clients effectively navigate mental health challenges.
• Providing crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate, supportive care to stabilize their situations.
• Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system to track client progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for each client, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.
• Participating in ongoing professional development, supervision sessions, and team meetings to remain current on best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Your client focus will primarily include individuals in the detox process, along with their families, who are navigating various transitions and mental health challenges. The role demands a proactive and empathetic approach to working with clients facing issues such as substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your skills will be essential in creating a safe space for clients, empowering them as they seek recovery and mental health.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• An active and unrestricted Georgia LCSW license is mandatory.
• Proficiency in virtual therapy platforms, comfortable with electronic documentation, and adept at using technology to facilitate remote therapy.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to individuals and families, particularly within a clinical or detox setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients and effectively work both independently and as part of a team.
