Work Environment

The position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining full access to our Outpatient Office resources when needed. You will operate within a robust electronic health record (EHR) system, facilitating efficient documentation and scheduling. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for adult and child clients, identifying individual needs and developing appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Create, implement, and monitor progress on tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each client's unique background and circumstances are prioritized.
  • Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team discussions to align on client treatment goals and contribute to holistic care strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to provide individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, helping clients gain skills to cope with their difficulties.
  • Stay abreast of current mental health trends, best practices, and legal considerations within the field to enhance service quality and effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, from individuals seeking personal counseling to couples navigating relational challenges and families undergoing transitional phases. Our client demographic is reflective of the broader community, encompassing various backgrounds, cultures, and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship strains, and life transitions.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current full Clinical Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote and dynamic team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy services, particularly in an outpatient setting.
  • Experience with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Family Systems Therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
