Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to support our team on-site in Corpus Christi, TX. This position requires an active Secret clearance.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and
cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into
robust, scalable solutions. Your technical proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, and Office 365
tools, including SharePoint Online and Teams, will be critical in delivering high-quality
applications that streamline processes and drive business value. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through development, testing, and deployment. Your ability to automate workflows using Power Automate, coupled with your experience in Agile and other SDLC methodologies, will ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions
that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Custom Business Applications: Design, develop, and implement customer business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, as well as Portal/Power Pages, to meet specific business needs.
  • Architect, build, and maintain solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI for data visualization and reporting, Power Automate for workflow automation, and PowerApps for custom app development.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dataverse to create and manage data models, entities, and relationships, and develop custom connectors for integrating with external data sources.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand functional requirements, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in and contribute to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including Agile, SCRUM, and Lean methodologies, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the reliability and performance of developed solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform, proactively implementing enhancements and optimizations to existing solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Ten (10) years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI 2
  • Expertise in designing and developing custom business apps using Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps; Portal/Power Pages
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dataverse; experience in creating solutions and custom connectors.
  • Experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online Experience designing solutions.
