As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans, addressing their mental health needs and substance use issues.
• Deliver high-quality counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular staff meetings to share insights and collaborate on cases, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Provide ongoing support to individuals coping with mental health disorders and substance use disorders, fostering resilience and promoting recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your clients will encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use issues. By embracing a culturally competent and client-centered approach, you will assist clients in navigating their challenges and achieving sustained mental wellness.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, showcasing a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are highly desirable. Candidates who have demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting will find themselves well-suited for this role.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
