Job Summary:
Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to provide ongoing support for production issues. The role involves resolving L2 and L3 production incidents while collaborating with teams and stakeholders to maintain service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
• The candidate needs to be available for support all the time.
• Hands on to resolve L2 and L3 Production issues.
• Good in verbal and written communication, proactive to collaborate with other teams to resolve Production incidents as per defined SLA’s.
• Ability to debug and provide on-going technical support to Production incidents.
• Ability to collaborate with End Users and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 + years salesforce production support / development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Health Cloud
• Hands on to resolve L2 and L3 Production issues
• Salesforce skills: Configuration, Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, Integration, Reports and Dashboards
• Good in verbal and written communication, proactive to collaborate with other teams to resolve Production incidents as per defined SLA’s.
• Ability to debug and provide on-going technical support to Production incidents.
• Ability to collaborate with End Users and business stakeholders.
• Certification(s) Platform Developer I (mandatory)
Preferred:
• Platform Developer II (nice to have)
