Who will you work for?
Tradeweb's Wholesale business serves dealers and other financial institutions across a range of markets and products. Our Brokerage Sales teams work closely with market participants to facilitate trading, build client relationships, and support activity across our wholesale marketplaces.
This internship sits within our Brokerage Sales team, based in Jersey City, New Jersey, and offers a rotational experience across multiple desks throughout the summer. Through these rotations, you'll gain exposure to different products, markets, and clients while developing a broader understanding of Tradeweb's Wholesale business and the role our brokers play within the financial markets.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Master's degree in any industry

  • Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology

  • Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Be motivated by team work

  • Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $22.00 - $25.00 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
