We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will assist customers with service inquiries, resolve concerns, and support overall customer satisfaction. 

This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services after customer concerns have been fully addressed
  • Complete administrative tasks and data entry
  • Support team performance goals and overall department success

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional phone presence and strong customer service skills
