About the Role:
Atlantic Shore Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer and Service Technician to join their team in Brick, NJ! Responsibilities:
  • Install residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
  • Maintain accurate service records and document work performed on each job
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in HVAC installation and/or service and repair
  • EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required
  • Knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
