As a Work From Home Freight Forwarder, your daily tasks typically include coordinating shipments, preparing and verifying export/import documentation, negotiating rates with carriers, and tracking deliveries for clients. You’ll communicate frequently with clients, shipping lines, customs brokers, and warehouses to resolve issues and ensure timely transport.
