• Conduct initial virtual assessments through our teletherapy software, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique situation and needs.
• Facilitate individualized therapy sessions via secure video conference, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's circumstances, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals to discuss patient progress, share strategies, and create cohesive treatment plans during regular virtual meetings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven experience practicing independently without supervision is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong desire to make a difference in clients’ lives.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and video conferencing tools.

• Prior experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual treatment methodologies will be a significant advantage.

• At Psych Bloom Recovery Clinic, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year, based on experience and hours worked.
