About the Role

We are an industrial automation provider specializing in control systems, motion control, robotics, sensors, and fluid power. We partner with manufacturing customers to deliver custom control panel builds, engineering services, and system integration solutions that improve production efficiency and reliability. We are looking for a skilled Control Panel Builder to join our team and contribute to hands-on fabrication and assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Qualifications

•       High school diploma required

•       2+ years of experience as a Panel Builder in industrial automation or manufacturing

•       Experience with control panels, electrical wiring, and electromechanical assemblies

•       Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings

•       Hands-on experience with point-to-point wiring, panel layout, drilling, and enclosures

•       Proficiency with digital multimeters (DMM), hand tools, and measurement tools

Responsibilities

•       Build and wire industrial control panels and assemblies

•       Perform panel layout, drilling, and hardware installation

•       Execute point-to-point wiring based on schematics and engineering drawings

•       Test panels using DMMs and electrical testing equipment

•       Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems

•       Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and production processes
