• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments with clients using teletherapy-specific tools that facilitate capturing thorough client histories and current mental health needs.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a format suitable for digital engagement.
• Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and best strategies for next steps to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Stay up-to-date with continuing education and best practices in teletherapy to enhance your skills and improve service delivery.

Your work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve serving diverse populations with varying mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
