Job description

Short-Form Content Creator | US Remote
Snowball is looking for a Short-Form Content Creator to build and scale vertical video content for NATPAT, a plant-based wellness brand making the outdoors safer and more joyful for kids and families.
About Our Client
NATPAT's mission is to blend playful innovation with solid science, offering families peace of mind with every patch. Their signature products, BuzzPatch mosquito repellent patches and MagicPatch itch relief patches, are designed with families in mind as a clean, fuss-free alternative to conventional sprays and creams, formulated without DEET, parabens, or synthetic chemicals. NATPAT is a brand built on the belief that protecting your kids shouldn't require compromising on what you put on their bodies.
The Opportunity
NATPAT is growing its short-form presence across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels to reach parents, outdoor families, and wellness-minded communities.
As Short-Form Content Creator, you will develop platform-native vertical video that makes natural family wellness feel accessible, fun, and real. You will own the entire creation process from concept to camera to edit, helping define what NatPat looks and sounds like in short-form spaces.
This role is embedded with NATPAT's Creative team. Snowball serves as NATPAT's YouTube and social creative partner, leading strategy, creative development, and channel growth. You will collaborate closely with Snowball's content experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to test formats, refine storytelling, and scale what works.
Short-form content is central to NATPAT's strategy for driving discovery and building trust with parents who want better options for their families.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute short-form video formats aligned with NATPAT's mission, voice, and brand values
  • Own the full content lifecycle including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing support
  • Bring the NATPAT world to life through authentic outdoor, family, and lifestyle content
  • Create high-quality, platform-native content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Experiment with hooks, storytelling styles, and visual approaches to maximize retention and reach
  • Collaborate with Snowball and NATPAT's Brand and Creative teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Work with Snowball to analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
  • Stay current on platform trends, best practices, and evolving short-form formats

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience creating short-form video content with a strong portfolio
  • Intermediate to advanced video editing skills in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent, with strong instincts for pacing, structure, and visual style
  • Ability to produce polished content with efficient turnaround times in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong videography skills including camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio capture, with experience shooting varied and dynamic footage
  • Ability to independently film high-quality content, whether using professional equipment or mobile setups
  • Proven ability to translate a product's benefits into clear, engaging, and relatable storytelling
  • Strong on-camera presence or the ability to direct talent effectively
  • Self-starter comfortable owning production independently in a remote environment
  • Strong collaborator with experience working across brand, creative, or marketing teams
  • Genuine love for the outdoors, family lifestyle content, or natural wellness

Bonus
  • Experience with family, parenting, outdoor, or CPG content
  • Existing audience or personal content channel
  • Motion graphics or design skills

Ready To Apply? Please include:
• A link to your portfolio or social handles
• Any relevant on-camera or brand work
Note: Finalists will be asked to submit a short creative video (paid) as part of the interview process.
