In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of project management from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Your expertise in woodframe construction and project management will be essential in guiding teams and driving successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all phases of woodframe residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Requirements
