• Conduct virtual initial assessments with clients, utilizing our proprietary teletherapy software to gather comprehensive information for effective treatment planning.
• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are adapted for the digital landscape.
• Collaborate with colleagues in regular meetings utilizing conference calls and web chat platforms to discuss client progress, share insights, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous education opportunities and training sessions focused on the latest best practices and trends in digital counseling services to enhance your skillset.
• Proactively contribute ideas and feedback aimed at improving the effectiveness of our therapeutic programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards governing telemedicine.

Your role will focus on providing mental health support to a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• You must have experience practicing independently, demonstrating an ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, with a compassionate approach to client interactions and an ability to foster trust and rapport.
• Proficient computer literacy is necessary, as you will be managing telehealth sessions and utilizing various software platforms.

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth counseling role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
